Do you approve submittals?
No. We do the searching and flag what differs. Every determination is made by the architect or engineer of record.
Do you pick the product?
No. We line up what the spec allows and check it. The subcontractor chooses the brand and the model.
What do you cover?
Product data for materials and off-the-shelf equipment in plumbing, lighting, electrical and HVAC. We do not provide shop drawings or cut sheets for custom materials that require fabrication.
